The first step of design is to understand the “end in mind” for your vision. Our goal is to visualize what you are trying to accomplish. We gather the your expectations, not only with the “look and feel” of the restaurant or retail store, but we get an in-depth understanding of how this venue will function. Based on detailed meetings, we seek to understand your vision that you have in your head and your heart. From photos of existing stress that they like, menu ideas with preferred methods of preparing the menu, size of venue, and even desired location. From those few elements we can start to move onto the next phase which is Design.

Design

De*sign | a plan to show the look

This is probably one of the most critical stages in developing the your vision. During this stage of a project we review the layout to make sure that the venue is functional. Once the flow and various areas needed to support the venue are decided upon, we “clothe” it with your vision for lighting, flooring, and various finishes needed to make the total vision come to past. These ideas are presented utilizing both 2d/3d images. We can go as far as producing an actual 3d model that you can physically touch. It’s critical on this stage of a project to get it right before we move into construction!

Construct

Con*struct | to build or erect

One worthy note about being a one stop shop for your next restaurant or retail build out is that we become your construction partner. There are always unforeseen issues that occur during this phase of the project, but we will be here from the beginning to help mitigate those occurrences by offering Project Management Services. During this phase of the project we act as an owner rep and we start the process by bidding, analyzing the bids and if needed re-engineer the project so that it meets any budget restraints that we might have.
