Turn Key Project Development From Start to Finish
The first aspect of any project is to get a full understand of the vision or “the end in mind”. We spend countless hours evaluating this process as it helps create the ambiance which eventually defines the restaurant and retail venue. There are several steps that we go through to help establish the theme which is but not limited to:
- Evaluate colors, lighting, textures to help come up with a theme
- Service type (QSR, Fast Casual, Casual, )
- Evaluate menu
- Evaluate the process of completing the menu
- Evaluate space constraints

- Evaluate location
The above mention tasks are only the beginning stages of development. Once those elements are defined, we move into establishing the following:

- Project estimates for construction
- Project estimate for all FF&E
- Project estimate for foodservice equipment
Covid -19 has promoted us to re-evaluate a design is set up. There will be many new rules and design guidelines that will need to be implemented.
